Terms and Conditions

Introduction
Welcome to KOTAK Knowledge in Power ("the Company" or "we"). By enrolling in our Multi-Level Marketing (MLM) program, you agree to comply with the terms and conditions outlined in this document. These terms govern your participation in the program and outline the rights and responsibilities of both the Company and its members ("you" or "the Participant").

1. Eligibility 1.1. You must be at least 18 years of age to join the program. 1.2. You agree to provide accurate and truthful information during registration. Providing false or misleading information may result in termination of your membership. 1.3. Membership is non-transferable and exclusive to the individual who registered.

2. Enrollment and Participation 2.1. To become a member, you must complete the online registration process and accept these terms. 2.2. You are responsible for any fees or charges associated with enrollment, if applicable. 2.3. Members are expected to promote the Company’s products and services ethically and responsibly.

3. Income and Earnings 3.1. Earnings are based on your performance and the performance of your network. No income is guaranteed. 3.2. Members are prohibited from making false or misleading claims regarding potential earnings. 3.3. The Company’s compensation plan is subject to periodic updates, and you will be notified of any changes.

4. Member Responsibilities 4.1. You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your region. 4.2. Members are expected to represent the Company’s brand professionally and refrain from activities that may harm its reputation. 4.3. You are prohibited from:

  • Engaging in fraudulent or unethical practices.

  • Misusing confidential Company information.

  • Promoting competing MLM programs or products.

5. Commissions and Payouts 5.1. Commissions are calculated based on the Company’s compensation plan. 5.2. Payments will be made through approved methods, subject to applicable taxes and deductions. 5.3. Any disputes regarding commission payouts must be raised within 30 days of receipt.

6. Termination of Membership 6.1. The Company reserves the right to terminate your membership for violation of these terms. 6.2. You may voluntarily terminate your membership by providing written notice to the Company. 6.3. Upon termination, all rights to commissions, bonuses, and other benefits will be forfeited.

7. Confidentiality 7.1. Members must maintain the confidentiality of all proprietary information provided by the Company. 7.2. Unauthorized disclosure of Company information may result in legal action.
